Questions about a booking
Bookings are made and managed by our booking partner, not by us. We cannot see your booking, and we cannot change or cancel it.
Your confirmation email has the partner’s contact details and your booking number. For anything at the hire desk, such as the car or a deposit, speak to the hire firm named on your voucher.
Corrections to our guides
Driving rules and airport arrangements change. If something in a guide looks out of date, please tell us which page and what has changed.
A link to the source helps us check it faster. Every correction is checked against the source before the page is updated.
Hire firms and businesses
We do not sell places in our guides, and no hire company can pay to be recommended. Other enquiries are welcome through the form.
