Looking for a car with seven real seats? Compare cheap 7 Seater car hire in one search, with the total price for each car in GBP.
7 Seater Car Hire exists for one booking: the family or group that needs seven proper seats and somewhere to put the luggage.
General car hire searches mix 7 seaters in with estates and five-seat SUVs. “Or similar” can then turn a booking for seven into five seats and two small ones. This site is built to stop that happening.
Who runs this site
7 Seater Car Hire is run by Paul Holloway. Paul runs a group of independent car hire guides covering people carriers, estate cars, minibuses and convertibles, plus airport pickups in the UK and abroad.
He has no ties to any hire company and is never paid to recommend one. How the site makes money is set out below.
How our search works
Our search only shows cars with seven or more seats. You see each car with its hire firm and the total price for your dates, side by side.
When you choose a car, you book and pay on our booking partner’s site. That is where you pick your cover and read the full terms.
We never quote a hire price as fact in our guides. Rates change with demand, so live prices come only from the search.
How each guide is researched
Every airport guide starts from primary sources, such as GOV.UK and the airports’ own websites.
Seat and boot figures come from independent motoring reviews, and car classes from the ACRISS codes that hire firms use. Fees and fines abroad are shown in GBP first, with the local currency in brackets.
Every claim links to its source, so you can check it yourself. Our guides link to sources, never to hire firms’ sales pages. The full process is on our how we research page.
Keeping guides up to date
Driving rules and low emission zones change. Pages are rechecked when rules change, and the date at the top of each guide shows when it last changed.
If you spot something out of date, please tell us through our contact page. Corrections are checked against the source and made quickly.
How we make money
We may earn a commission when you book through our search. It never changes the price you pay.
